My introduction to Real Estate was the purchase of my first Condo in Columbia MD at the age of 21. I went on to flip 2 condos in Washington DC, for a 500% profit at age 24. Went on to build 3 homes in Haiti, with all of the issues involved in building home with US standards in the Third World. From 2004 to 2007 I managed properties initially and the became a Realtor with a banner year of $8 million in sales in 2006.
